1. MENTORSHIP AGREEMENT
By booking a session with Code With Ferdinand, you agree to my pay-as-you-go model. Sessions are booked in 1-hour increments unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for having your materials (assignment PDFs, code editors, etc.) ready at the start of the session.
2. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
My goal is to help you understand the logic and build the skill. I do not complete assignments for you in a way that violates your institution's academic integrity policies. I provide guidance, explanation, and debugging assistance. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of my services complies with your school's rules.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a partial fee. No-shows will not be refunded.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
While I strive for excellence, Code With Ferdinand is not responsible for your final grades or career outcomes. The success of the mentorship depends on your engagement and follow-through.
